Hopefully, on this page, you can listen to a sample of music from one of my five CD's which were composed, played and recorded by me under my first and last names, Nicky Keates, between 1999 and 2003.

I was suffering quite badly from myalgic encephalopathy during this time, but music being a gifting given me by my Maker, was one outlet I had for soothing and calming my confused soul.

One of the things I set out to do in particular was to produce music for prayer and meditation, that wouldn't jar in any place, as so often is the case in so-called relaxation music. (I tried several such CD's for that purpose, only to find that just as I was drifting into a state of complete peace, along would come a harsh sound or a discord that brought me back to a state opposite to feeling relaxed!)
