On her return from several years of travels abroad, the young woman has tried to re-visit the beautiful old mansion of her youth, only to find the gate locked and overgrown. Then the Dove of Peace appears, and tells her that He will show her another way to gain access. Little does she realise that her beloved grandmother has passed on, and the house is now empty.
